All of the layouts here are made by a wide array of creative makers. They decide which and how many layouts to put under their personal section! They can take them off at any time! I have links to thier original sites, so if you're not happy with what you find in their section, you can always visit their site for more! I give full credit to all of these wonderful and creative people who make such fabulous layouts, and I'm here to help them get their message through. So, don't bitch, be nice, and have fun. RULES Sleepy here! To fully enjoy Sleepy's Layouts, I recommend strongly that you read the rules. I can't tell you how many times a jocker who stole someone's layouts from here told me: "... but I didn't know!..." That's no excuse for a scum ball like that! The rules are written and the makers, as well as I won't have any mercy on jockers! RULE 1: NO JOCKING!!!!! PEOPLE WORK VERY HARD ON THESE LAYZ! RULE 2: DON'T BE A BITCH!!!!! I'M NOT GONNA PUT UP WITH YOUR CRAP I'M GONNA BLOCK YOU!!!!! RULE 3: LEAVE COMMENTS ON THE LAYOUTS, SO THE MAKERS CAN SEE WHAT WONDERFUL JOB THEY'RE DOING OR WHAT IMPROVMENTS THEY HAVE TO MAKE. REQUESTS I take requests, if it is okay with the maker of the layout, I give them credit and leave the layout under THIS BOX!!! I repeat for the idiots who can't read: THIS BOX!!!!!
